1. Overview
This website, taylorcampbell.co, and everything on it, including Soulward, the prints, and the Journal (the “Services”), is owned and operated by Horizon Chasers LLC, a California limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). When you buy from this site, your seller is Horizon Chasers LLC. The site is powered by Shopify. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law that can’t be waived.

2. Using the site
You must be 18 or older to place an order. Please give accurate billing, shipping, and contact information, and use the site lawfully.

3. Products
We’ve tried to describe and photograph everything accurately, but colors may look different on your screen, and book and print details may vary slightly from the images. Descriptions can change, and we may limit quantities or discontinue a product.

4. Pre-orders
Pre-orders for Soulward are charged at checkout. Ship dates are our best estimate. Cancellations and delays are covered in the Refund Policy.

5. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, and it’s accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, including one we reasonably suspect is fraudulent, and we’ll refund anything charged. Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment partners. By ordering, you confirm that you’re authorized to use the payment method and that the purchase is for personal use, not resale. Cancellations before shipping are handled under the Refund Policy.

6. Prices
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one in effect when you order, shown in your confirmation email. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. If we find an error in a price or description, we may correct it or cancel the order, and we’ll refund anything charged. Any promotion’s own terms apply if they conflict with these.

7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control, except where the Refund Policy gives you cancellation rights for pre-order delays. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the order to the carrier, unless the law says otherwise. 9. Intellectual property
All photographs, writing, designs, names, and logos on the site and in the book are owned by Horizon Chasers LLC, its founder Taylor Campbell, or their licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a book or print gives you ownership of that physical copy, and you may display it for personal, non-commercial use. Without our written permission, you may not copy, scan, reproduce, publish, resell, or use any content commercially, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Travel information
Routes, places to stay, recommendations, and packing lists reflect the author’s own experience at the time of travel. Conditions, prices, and availability change, so please confirm details and use your own judgment. We’re not responsible for decisions or outcomes based on this information.

11. Third-party links, affiliate links, and tools
The Services may link to other sites or offer third-party tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or policies. Some links, such as those through ShopMy, are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Third-party tools are provided “as is.”

12. Shopify
Purchases are made directly with Horizon Chasers LLC, not Shopify, and Shopify isn’t responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and us. Shopify and we may collect and use information about your visit and orders as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Feedback
If you send us reviews, suggestions, or other feedback, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it, including publicly, and you confirm it’s yours to share. We’re not obligated to keep it confidential, pay for it, or respond to it.

14. Prohibited uses; automated access
Don’t use the Services for anything unlawful, harassing, or deceptive, or to send spam or malicious code. Don’t scrape, copy, or extract content, or bypass security measures, by any means, including bots, scrapers, or AI tools. Software agents acting for a user must identify themselves (for example, in the user agent string as “Agent/[name]”), must not disguise themselves as human or evade CAPTCHAs, and must stop when we ask them to. We may limit or block automated access.

15. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time, including for violating these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law) remain in effect.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
EXCEPT AS STATED IN THE REFUND POLICY OR REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T GUARANTEE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS FOR GENERAL PURPOSES ONLY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON’T ALLOW THESE DISCLAIMERS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, HORIZON CHASERS LLC AND SHOPIFY (AND OUR AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS) ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER AT ISSUE. NOTHING HERE LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CAN’T BE LIMITED BY LAW.

18. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Horizon Chasers LLC and Shopify from third-party claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or others’ rights, or your misuse of the Services.

19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by California law. You and Horizon Chasers LLC agree to the courts located in California, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

20. General
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver. These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between us. You can’t transfer your rights under them; we may. If there’s a translation, the English version controls.

21. Electronic communications
By ordering, you agree we may send order and service emails. Marketing emails are separate and only sent if you’ve signed up, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

22. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new “last updated” date. If a change is material, we’ll notify you as the law requires. Continued use means you accept the update.
